Personal Service

Working with the existing home we were able to achieve what the client was after. With the kitchen being the centre point of the living / dining area, we updated the kitchen by taking some area from existing bedroom 2 and creating a scullery. The existing games room got cut back allowing us to install big stacking doors that overlooked the pool area and further increased the northern light into the living area. The alfresco was made significantly larger with multiple spaces, A section of the alfresco area was left with no roof cover as the client wanted to plant some creepers to block out the summer sun but maximise the winter sun.

The existing formal dining was turned into the staircase to the second storey addition. This also allowed us to add some area in to the new dining space. We added a large picture window to overlook the clients stunning garden.
The existing games room was reduced in size enabling for us to maximise on the pool and backyard views from the living room, this games room was then converted into bedroom 3. Two of the small existing bedrooms were removed to make way for a bigger store/workshop & activity area to fit in with the minor bedroom wing.
The existing WC was relocated to the other side of the laundry, this was a must from the client as the existing opening was directly opposite the dining room.
The existing bedroom 1 became the new bedroom 4/ guest bed. We reworked the WIR to be a bigger robe and also added more area into the bedroom.

We also took space out of the existing formal lounge to make a wider entry way. A timber feature was created to the entry along with a new picture window to provide a view of the garden as you enter the home.
The second storey addition created a new space for the master bedroom and parents retreat. A balcony was added to the front of the home to take advantage of the views of the Wembley golf course and surrounding bushland. The second storey became an amazing luxury parents retreat.
With the last renovation the client had done to the home, they had created a feature stone wall with some cantilevered posts. This was a feature shape I took into designing the minimalistic front façade and they tied in perfectly.
The client had an amazing build and enjoyed the whole process. They love the new home we were able to create for them.

Tim did a fantastic job interpreting our requirements and turning them into reality. His designs are innovative and practical plus he is very accommodating. Tim also helped us find the right builder for our home.

  1. Heya i am for the first time here. I found this board and I find It really useful & it helped me out a lot. I’m hoping to provide one thing again and help others such as you helped me.

  2. Hey this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!|
