Step One
Discovery Session
If you’re thinking about taking the step to build your dream home, start by booking in a discovery session. During this session, we’ll explore everything you want to achieve and see in your home, and discover if we are the right fit to work together.
Step Two
Project Planning
If you choose to engage our services, we’ll go through a project planning process to start bringing your ideas to life. We can simply do the builder selection process or do the design and project management too – it’s up to you.
Step Three
Architecture
We will then create the architecture and designs of your home to your exact needs, style and preferences and continually revise until you are happy and satisfied.
Step Four
Render
Once the designs are finalised, we’ll render a 3D walkthrough of your dream home, allowing you to have a virtual reality before it’s even been built.
Step Five
Tender to Build
In this step, we work hard to find you the perfect builder, using our extensive knowledge and experience and engage the builder alongside you when you’re happy.
Step Six
Planning Approval
In this step we prepare the plan’s to be submitted to council for development approval, we consult with your neighbours prior to lodgement & manage the process for you.
Step Seven
Interior Design Consult
At this stage you work with Timeless Home Designs appointed interior designer, to select all your finishes/colours, tap’s, appliances, flooring and all the detailing
Step Eight
Construction Drawings
Once planning approval has come back from council, we move onto creating construction drawings for the construction of your home. When the plans have been completed this is where the builder gets your home ready to send for building licence, getting your engineering, energy rating and CDC done.
Step Nine
Project Management
We project manage every part of the build seamlessly, allowing you to focus on other things. Communication with all parties is completely transparent and you’ll always feel confident knowing everything is taken care of.
Step Ten
Handover
The day finally arrives when the project is complete and so is your dream home! Now, you can move in or move towards selling your development. We can even help you connect with the right interior designers or real estate professionals for your needs.

If you’ve already chosen your builder or want to find one yourself, then we’ll handover all your concept designs, drawings, 3D images and applications for you to proceed with your building project on your own.
