We have overseen boutique custom home projects ranging from $500k to $2m+ through from concept, to completion, resulting in highly regarded knowledge and experience. Not only do our clients love living in their dream homes, some of our projects have won prestigious awards for their designs.
We used Tim’s services from initial design concept through to planning approval submissions and on to detailed working drawings for our builder and associated trades. Tim was able to listen and interpret each stage of the design informatively and was adaptable and consultative through numerous variations to accommodate site conditions and our budget.
