The brief the client gave us was to create a modern home and to maximise the river views as much as possible. To meet the client’s brief, Timeless Home Designs came up with a unique, modern home with a stone feature wall to the entry. To optimise the amazing views of the swan river, a large balcony to the first floor was created. Gold style homes did an outstanding job with the quality of finishes and trades used on home.

We used Tim’s services from initial design concept through to planning approval submissions and on to detailed working drawings for our builder and associated trades. Tim was able to listen and interpret each stage of the design informatively and was adaptable and consultative through numerous variations to accommodate site conditions and our budget. It has been a real pleasure to deal with such a professional, approachable and friendly resource. Thank you for your patience on our two year journey to turn our vision into our reality.
