With this house Tim was approached by Gold Style home to provide their client with a modern looking home, to suit a small block in Tuart Hill. ​After sitting down at the initial consultation, Timeless Home Designs came up with a modern styled home. The property size for this job was only 284m2 & was designed to take advantage of maximum site coverage to provide the client with a great size home. ​Gold style homes did an outstanding job with the quality of finishes and trades used on home. This home won the HIA small lot category in 2018.

Tim was approached by West Coast Residential to do a design for their client in Hillarys. The client had a very specific design brief, to match their grandparents house when they were growing up.  Tim from Timeless Home Designs came up with a modern / traditional design that met all the clients wish-list items.

This client wanted to take advantage of the views that could be achieved from the first floor. The brief the client gave us was to create a modern home and to maximise the river views as much as possible. To meet the client’s brief, Timeless Home Designs came up with a unique, modern home with a stone feature wall to the entry. To optimise the amazing views of the swan river, a large balcony to the first floor was created. Gold style homes did an outstanding job with the quality of finishes and trades used on home.
